Lisa will be sharing her workouts from Spain where she is training outside in the sun :) These workouts will be mostly Bodyweight based and we will be bringing you new exercises that we have never done here on BodyRock before. Freddy BodyRock Burn Workout Video: Set your interval timer to 3 rounds of 50 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. Workout Breakdown: 1) Plank and Leg Jumps using the pink Ugi ball or Sandbag 2) 10 high knees and 10 forward kicks 3) Push Up Burpee forward back jumps using the pink Ugi ball or Sandbag 4) Wood Chop Roll and Jump using the pink Ugi ball or Sandbag * Speed up your progress and train with the interval timer - you will get so much more out of your 12 minutes it's like night and day.
