Summer Body Workout 5: Cardio & Abs Galore!

  lisa marie 5 It's the last day of this 5-day summer workout series!  Hopefully you are feeling a bit more fit & confident, ready for beach season.  Your abs will be burning at the end of this quick bonus workout! Workout Breakdown: > For a workout bonus, do 1 round. > For a full workout, do at least 2 rounds. > Move as quickly as possible with excellent form. Part 1 (4 min): Jump Rope Timer setting: 6 rounds of 10 sec rest / 30 sec work Part 2 20 3-point planks, alternating sides (In plank, do a reptile, then a knee tuck, then a cross knee tuck) 30 Full sit-ups 30 Russian twists 20 Reverse plank knee tucks Part 3 (4 min): Jump Rope Timer setting: 6 rounds of 10 sec rest / 30 sec work Let me know what you think!
