Super Simple Single-Pot Feasts

If you're busy, the last thing you want to do is spend time preparing a complicated meal. Sure, it's wonderful to eat a multi-course dinner, but who has enough hours in the day to get everything done? Instead, why not try these feasts-in-a-pot--tasty meals that you can cook easily in just one big pot?


Whether you use chicken, beef, pork, or seafood, you'll find that this is a dish you just can't beat! It's got rice, protein, and vegetables, the trifecta of delicious, healthy foods. The Spanish certainly have got this one right!


Roasted Salmon

Cook this meal up in the oven, baking a nice salmon steak alongside some baby potatoes and either cauliflower or broccoli. It's a well-balanced meal that is absolutely delicious, and requires very little effort on your part!



Baked Veggie Ziti

Throw some noodles into a baking tray with the tomato sauce of your choice, sprinkle a bit of cheese onto the top, and add in vegetables like zucchini, carrot, and peas. Bake until the noodles are well done, and enjoy. Quick and easy! Stir Fry Both chicken and beef make an excellent stir-fry, so it's time to heat up that wok and get cooking! Throw all of your favorite veggies into the pot, and add plenty of soy sauce and sesame seed oil for good measure!

Beef Noodle Stew

Stew meat, vegetables, and soup noodles make a wonderful tomato stew, which will be both incredibly filling and absolutely delicious. My wife makes this one, and I love it!
