Supermodel Mom Miranda Kerr Talks Food and Fitness

It's easy to appreciate the beauty of Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr. She seems to have it all, from gorgeous features to an incredibly fit and fabulous physique. And when you see people like this, it sometimes makes you wonder what they're doing to look so good, and what they're not doing as well. Miranda Kerr Kerr, mom to 4-year-old son Flynn, is all about keeping it active and switching it up. “I try to do at least half an hour of yoga every day, and then I add Pilates and some strength training with weights and resistance bands to elongate and tone my muscles,” Kerr told Your Fitness magazine. She also loves taking it outside, from hiking to biking and exploring her city of New York with her active son.  The gorgeous supermodel also makes sure to keep a well-balanced but not too strict diet. Though she strives to eat the healthiest she can, opting to start her day with clean choices like a fresh juice, egg whites with avocado or oatmeal, and making sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of alkaline water, she also admits that if she wants something, she'll try not to deprive herself of it. “Sometimes you can’t avoid eating something that isn’t so healthy if that is all that is on offer, but I try to make sensible choices most of the time,” she said. “So I don’t give myself a hard time if I have something a little naughty!” How do you ensure you keep a good balance between eating clean and indulging?
