Sweating? I Like That S-Hiit - HIITMAX Workout & Catfishing ?!
Hi Everyone,
MAXHiit is how we roll today here in sunny Spain. We are including skipping in out routine today !! Yey !! (as I said yesterday, this shows how easy it is to mix up your workout)
We woke up a bit later so we decided to change it up a bit by by taking a walk down to a very very local Gym.
This Gym is really 'Spit & Sawdust' but seriously - That's the way I like it !! No posing about - Just loads of local people working out 'old school' - Down & Dirty ... The weights all have the weight tipexed onto them ... which I'm pretty sure are all very wrong lol.
So, We skipped between each set below to really push us harder.
This is a killer & will kick your Wednesday Hump Day on it's head & get you ready for anything that may come your way today.
I used 15 pound weights each side, Kaz used 7 pounds
- On a more unrelated note, I learnt a new word today which is ''Catfishing" - it's basically a new phenomenon of Internet scammers who fabricate online identities and entire social circles to trick people into romantic relationships.
I think this makes light of a really serious & quite scary new trend. I know a few people who have been a victim to this. I have to say, I am really careful about who I let into my personal social media. Maybe next time you get a request, just check that you know the person online is the person they say the are, this can be cleared up in a simple video call.
