Teriyaki Baked Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, halved
- 1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- toasted sesame seeds-for garnish
Directions
- Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning every so often.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove chicken from bag, discarding any remaining marinade. Bake for 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
