Teriyaki Baked Chicken

  • 3 chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • toasted sesame seeds-for garnish


  1. Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning every so often.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Remove chicken from bag, discarding any remaining marinade. Bake for 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds.
