The 10 Breakfast Mug Souffle

On the go all the time? If you are, the concept of a sit-at-home breakfast, is out of the question. This microwaved mugged-meel has enough nutrients to hold you until your next meal (and subsequently won’t result in fast-food wrappers on the floor of your car.)

Breakfast Mug Souffle

Total Time: 10 minutes -Makes 1 serving! 1 large egg white 1 whole egg 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup mashed banana ¼ tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/3 cup fresh raspberries 1. Mix ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug 2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Top with fresh berries or peanut butter! Add a protein shake for a complete, protein-filled breakfast! Nutrients per serving: Calories: 163 Fat: 5 g Carbs: 20 g Protein: 11 g Fiber: 2 g
