The 30 Day Challenge Day 2: I'm crazy...I must be crazy...
Ok...I'm not really crazy. I love working out. Some days. I love having a challenge where I'm working towards a goal instead of mindlessly working out everyday. I'm also working out in one of my favorite shirts...you can get it at Skreened.com or any of the t-shirt design websites. For anyone that wants to know there are 142 staircases at Hogwarts.
Thoughts: What's hurting? Not much except my shoulders and arms and back. Those pushups are a killer. Oh and my butt...oh wait that's a lot of things that are hurting. Well not hurting but sore. Oh and in case you were looking for an excuse not to workout...I am awake on four hours of sleep last night because something happened to my daughter's toe in the middle of the night and she slept in my bed. I was so excited just to be able to cuddle her that I barely slept. I can barely keep my eyes open and I'm still working out.
Food: I love food. I love everything about it. I love food even more when I do a super hard challenge. I go through the day counting down the minutes until I can eat again. But I do a lot better when I'm pushing my body hard because then it craves protein and veggies and water instead of bread and cake and chips. Yeah...weird. Anyways I'm eating the same thing this entire week so that I don't have to think much.
Progress: I'm feeling great except for being sleep deprived.
My Little Tidbit: Start by planning your day around your workout. Don't get to the end of the day and try to squeeze it in. Plan when you are going to workout and do it. That way you'll always get it in.
