Quite often I'm asked "why HIIT?" Well, in short, HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is truly beneficial to rev up your metabolism and efficiently burn fat! We put together these short, intense workouts to continuously challenge our bodies - we bring a new and fresh workout daily to confuse your muscles and push you out of your comfort zone. We also put these workouts together to challenge you mentally as well. It takes a true fighter to show up every day and commit to these workouts. You are a fighter! Be proud of the fact that you made this workout a priority and that you are going to smash it out daily with me!
