Hi BodyRockers! Today's workout is a full body sweat session!  Get ready to test your conditioning, sculpt your legs and tone your arms! As you go through today's workout I want you to focus on not comparing your progress to anyone but yourself.  That's a really hard request to make, trust me, I know!  I mean how do you not compare yourself to others with today's technology and scrolling through instagram seeing every perfect fitness inspiration out there.  I'm guilty of comparing myself to others..."she's got a better _______"; "wow look at her ____________".  You can't do that though.  There's nothing that will steal your happiness quicker than comparing yourself others.  Focus on you and only you.  Focus on what you're doing today that will push you towards your goal rather than away from it.    That is the one and only thing I want you to have in mind as you go through today's workout.  Deal?  Now...let's go! Episode 10: Full Body Burn | Breakdown

Set your timers to 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

1. Switch Lunge + Sandbag Rollout

Start in a lunged position with your right leg forward, left leg back and both knees bent to 90 degrees.  You should be holding the sandbag by the parallel handles and the bag resting on your forearms.  Jump up switching your legs and landing in a lunged position.  Turn your torso and roll the bag to the ground to the outside of your left foot.  Immediately roll the bag back up to rest on your forearms and repeat the exercise other side.

2. Spider, Knee Tuck

Start in plank with your feet on the Challenger and hands on the ground.  Pull your right knee to right elbow, return to plank and then pull your right knee to your chest.  Repeat other side.

3. Squat + Lateral Leg Raise

Start standing with the weighted straight bar resting on your shoulders.  Squat down and laterally lift your right leg to the side.  Replace your foot to the ground and immediately squat down and then as you return to standing lift your left leg to the side.

4. Chest Fly with Leg Drop

Start on your back with your legs contracted and straight and hovering 2 inches off the ground.  Weights should be in hands and arms out to your side hovering 2in off the ground.  Contract your abs and crunch your arms and legs up to center.  Release the contraction and return your arms and legs to the beginning position.

Burnout:

1. Challenger Knee Tuck

Start standing in between the two challengers.  Place your hands in the center of the bars.  Place all your weight in your arms.  Lock your arms out and remove your foot from the floor.  Pull your knees up to your chest and then lower your knees without touching your feet to the ground.  Repeat.

2. Opposite Hand to Foot

Start on your ground on your back with your arms and legs extending hovering over the ground.  Crunch up reaching your right hand to left foot.  Release the contraction to return to the starting position and then crunch your left hand to right foot.  Release the contraction to return to the starting position and repeat.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to COVID-19, shipping systems the world over are experiencing abnormal delays. There is an enormous demand on postal and delivery services as online shopping has skyrocketed, due to store closures and stay-at-home mandates. This is an unprecedented situation, and we are working around the clock to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. To be clear, we are filling orders in 2-3 days, and we are shipping immediately after that. Once shipped, our shipping partner, UPS, will get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Thanks for your support and understanding.

Are you in Canada? Specifically, are you outside of a metropolitan centre? We need to alert you to a disruption in shipping due to COVID-19. Our preferred shipping provider, UPS, has informed us that they cannot guarantee express shipping for many locations. We have also seen that packages delivered to Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, etc, are not waylaid, but packages delivered to areas just outside of these cities are being held in transit for days or even weeks. UPS has discontinued their guarantee of 1-4 day delivery, which you can read more about here. Therefore, we can guarantee early fulfillment but not early delivery of our goods from our warehouse to your door at this time.

 

We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Once your order is received and processed, it typically takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.

We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.

All of the BodyRock clothing is made to order and so is final sale. If you have any questions about sizing prior to placing your order, please contact us.
