Who doesn’t love yogurt parfaits? It’s summer and it is HOT! Why not try a frozen yogurt parfait? It will cool you down and it is good for you. You don’t need to worry about frozen yogurt. You just use the regular ingredients for yogurt parfait and let it chill in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Berries and Greek yogurt seem to be the most common parfait. However, you can switch up the toppings. Below are some delectable parfaits, but don’t forget to freeze them first for the full effect!   Apple Pie Grab some Greek Yogurt, granola, and apple chunks. Sprinkle cinnamon over the chunks of apple and microwave them for 2 minutes alone.
