The Juggler
The Juggler is my new favorite HIIT exercise! It's one I discovered just last week on Men's Health, but it's a beautiful one indeed!
The best thing about it: it's a full body exercise that includes cardio, upper body training, core training, and a good leg workout. You'll come to love it as much as I do, and it will be a wonderful addition to your workout. By the end of your 60 seconds of The Juggler, your entire body will be on fire - a beautiful feeling indeed!
Bringing the Pain
Here's how to do The Juggler:- Stand in a runner's position (legs spread shoulder width apart, right foot slightly behind the left foot), and get into a half-squat position.
- Grab a dumbbell or kettlebell in your right hand, and turn your torso so that it's supporting the weight.
- In one fluid motion, turn your torso and gently toss the weight from one hand to the other.
- Switch back and forth between your two hands, moving as fast as you can while still maintaining the perfect form.
