We're fans of the Rock, so when he shared his daily diet recently we were intrigued. Intrigued in the way that doesn't really involved a whole lot of commitment. Kinda like if you said to me "Hey - The Rock posted his diet" I'd probably nod and say something like "cool" and then move that conversation on. The guy in the video you are about to watch took it to the next level and decided to actually attempt The Rock's diet for a full day. I'm going to level with you - as you will see it's no easy feat.
