Think Before You Eat!

Ever wonder just how much exercise you would have to do to burn off one dough-nut? Or a piece of pizza? Check out the picture below that tells you just that. It might not be a bad idea to keep this graphic handy so the next time you feel like stuffing your face with some not so healthy foods you'll probably change your mind! Mindless eating can cause calories to add up quickly. So before you binge on your favorite food, it might be good to know how much exercise you would actually have to do to work off each food you just devoured.

I think I would rather eat my protein and veggies than do 122 minutes of running or 141 minutes on the ellipitical!
