Thirsty Thursday - HIITMAX Shread
Hi Everyone,
Are you ready to train with me today ?
It's thursday & my last full day with my gorgeous friend Kaz *sad face*
It's been SO great having someone to train with everyday, I really miss it so much, to have someone who supports you and wants the best for you is so important in life & I know that no matter what the time, whatever the ask Kaz has my back as I do her - unconditional love :).
Kaz lost her Mo-Jo a little before coming here, mainly getting into a routine - so coming to spain I really hoped she would not only be able to see her Best Friend (thats me lol) & have a giggle, but I really hoped I would be able to help her find her routine again, this costs nothing for me to give but i'm sure as you will all know, its priceless to get the motivation to get back on the wagon when you fall off, and even better to be able to really reign in your diet along side a touch circuit everyday that really pushes you. I wanted her to go home feeling so great that its almost like a total reset.
I have loved training with Kaz. She really does try so hard, which as a trainer is all you can ask of someone.
As long as I have known her she has never given up trying to push herself & this holiday she has done even better that I ever imagined & tried things she wouldn't have dreamt of when we first met.
Yes we have had tears, but sometimes its just needed to make things better & make you realize things that you never saw before. Life is all about lessons & learning new things along the way.
- Kaz, if you are reading this, which I know you will as you always do :)... I love you, you are always there for me even at 3am lol.
You put up with me shouting at you to Go Harder & Faster ... lol (sorry about that btw) & do anything I make you do in any circuit even if you feel stupid jumping on a mini trampoline hahaha. You have seen the best & worst of me over the time we have known each other, esp. at 6am when u make me get up to run in the freezing snow & make snow angels on the way back lol ;) ok that might be partly my idea too lol.
You are a great friend & your support is never taken for granted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a truly amazing friend to me. xoxox

Now ... todays HIITMAX workout is below .... as it's thursday I went a little easier on you with shorter time... but its just as intense (believe me) as u need to move quicker.
