This Is How Beyonce Shed 45 Pounds Without Setting Foot In The Gym!
Most of Beyonce's career has centred around rigorous dance training, but surprisingly the star was able to drop her post-baby weight without any exercise! The mother of one is finally revealing how she shed over 45 pounds with no workout routine, no gym membership and no personal trainer.
"The last straw was when Jay asked me to wear the dress I wore when we met, and I knew it wouldn't fit anymore." the 34-year-old wife of rapper Jay-Z explains. "I found a site online advertising Garcinia pills, and I figured it couldn't hurt to try! I was a little bit nervous about about using Garcinia, but I'd seen it on a few TV shows and a lot of my girlfriends said it worked wonders for them!"
Garcinia pills are touted as being hidden gems for weight loss. They supposedly help block your body's ability to store fat cells while boosting your metabolism by up to 70%. They regulate blood sugar levels so you don't get hefty cravings and they could even play a role in keeping your bad cholesterol lowered.
"The only thing I did was took these pills. I know pills like Garcinia have a bad rep these days in the media, but there isn't a person in my life I wouldn't recommend them to if they wanted to drop some pounds. I'm that serious about how well it worked for me." Queen Bey explains to E Online.
