Kate Hudson is undeniably beautiful. Her golden locks, smile from ear-to-ear and petite frame offer up a ray of sunshine vibe that cannot be ignored. Showing off her stunning figure in a sheer lace dress, some things are certainly clear about Kate Hudson.
Dancing about with confidence and an essence of utter liberation, the vivacious actress shows off a totally toned tummy, lean legs and sculpted arms. But, you won't find her at the gym, sweating away for two hours at a time. "If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes," she tells Allure magazine.
Kate can thank professional trainers for her fit physique, but she also notes the importance of fitting exercise in whenever she can. "I've had days where I have the kids - Ryder's on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller - and I will run and sprint up hills," she says. The 36-year-old isn't shy of showing off her love for fitness, even striking a yoga pose on airplanes. "I do things that people would think look completely insane."
The star also admits that she's in the midst of writing a book dedicated to providing the tools people need to achieve happiness. "Happiness is not something that just comes to you. It's an active process," she says. "It's about finding what works for you. And I'll share the things that have worked for me."
This newfound sense of self she hopes to share with the world comes after her split from Muse star fiancé Matt Bellamy, which happened in December last year. The two were together for four years. "Relationships ending are painful, and you can choose to carry that or you can choose to reframe it. If Matt and I had a great relationship, we would still be together, but we chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives," Kate revealed to the magazine. "It's been a seamless transition. Kids just want to see their parents be cool. Everybody's cool; everybody's good."
