THIS Is the Routine That Got Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting Her Fit and Fabulous Physique
Being incredibly fit is no easy feat, not even for celebrities. They put in the time to look their best for their career, and they always seem to be open about all the hard work they put in to achieve their enviable figures.
"Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting is no exception. Appearing on the October cover of Shape, the 29-year-old bombshell looks nothing short of stunning as she bares her toned and taut tummy, going braless under an oversized white button down.
Sweeting says in an interview with the magazine that it was no piece of cake to achieve that rockin' bod, however. "I’ve never worked so hard to look good for something in my entire career," she said. She also admitted that it took her quite some time to find the routine that worked for her. "What works for my friends doesn't necessarily work for me."
So what exactly does the sexy star do to stay in great shape? Sweeting is an avid yogi, frequenting CorePower Yoga. "I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga." Some of Sweeting's favourite classes to take are Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt.
The star also made sure to rework her diet, cutting out late-night treats that she knew were attributing to her mindless eating habits. Now, Sweeting's routine consists of eating very clean throughout the week, while on Sundays she allows herself a cheat day.
