Dash's name suits him well. The 3-year-old Instagram star is very physically active, running and jumping for hours on end. It was amazing!" Ursula explains. "I’m truly blessed to have such a healthy little boy." Dash was conceived with fertility treatments and was expected to have some complications at birth. But the healthy 10-pound baby came late and has defied all odds. He began to walk at 10 months and hasn't slowed down since. raising happy healthy kids "I first noticed Dash had the beginnings of a six pack about six months ago when I was changing his nappy." says Ursula. Since then, Dash has developed even greater muscle mass that sets him apart from other kids his age. While his mother is proud, she doesn't want to pressure Dash in any way. When he is old enough he can decide whether to pursue his athleticism or not. "Obviously I would love him to continue being so active as it could lead to good things. I do harbour a dream of him doing sport professionally or taking part in the Olympics for gymnastics, but I understand that the most important thing for now is that I have a healthy little boy and a fit kid. I feed him as healthily as possible, but he always has his head in the fridge and loves ice cream.
