This Tinder Guy Asked for His Money Back After He Was Denied Second Date

November 14, 2015 2 min read

With dating comes rejection. It's just the way life goes. Sometimes you have to deal with a few bad seeds before you get to the one you want. But you take it with a grain of salt, learn from it and keep your head held high. Well, at least most people do. Lauren Crouch is the blogger behind No Bad Dates, Just Good Stories. She posted a story on her Tumblr recently regarding a run of the mill date gone pretty bad.  See, Lauren matched with a man on Tinder who she met at a coffee shop soon after. The two chatted it up for a half hour, and apparently the guy was really digging Lauren, because he proceeded to invite her over for dinner at his apartment because he had a grocery delivery on its way. She politely declined, however, as she was unsure of stepping inside the home of a stranger. They left it at that ... so Lauren initially thought. [bctt tweet="The blogger noted that she doesn't come with a money back guarantee. "] The Tinder man later sent her a text regarding a second date, but once again Lauren explained she was not interested. One bloggers encounter with a Tinder man who wanted is money back.

But good thing Lauren knows how to put someone in their place.

He was NOT amused.

Lauren explained her situation on her blog post, saying "Yes you do decide yourself what to do with your money, and last night you decided to spend it on a coffee. I don’t come with a money back guarantee. Dates aren’t commodities. I actually felt angry… I am a massively big believer in women always offering to pay for dates." Let's hope one day this guy learns his lesson. Have you ever dealt with a similar experience? Shipping & Delivery

Fast, Express Shipping.

Due to COVID-19, shipping systems the world over are experiencing abnormal delays. While health and wellness companies are essential services, there is simply an enormous demand on postal and delivery services as individuals and hospitals need more supplies than ever before. This is an unprecedented situation, and we are working around the clock to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. To be clear, we are filling orders in 4-5 days, and we are shipping immediately after that. Once shipped, our shipping partner, UPS, will get your order out to you as quickly as possible. You will receive the tools you need to stay safe and strong at home through this difficult time. Thanks for your support and understanding.

We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Once your order is received and processed, it typically takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.

We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges
