This Young Man Took a Selfie Every Day for 8 Years, Watch What Happened
The selfie game is certainly strong these days. From the Selfie Stick to the updated front-facing iPhone 6s camera, it's easier than ever to take quality pictures of yourself. And while people continue to make fun of them, society continues to do them! At least there's something to be said for not caring what other people think.
One 20-year-old college student certainly sees the significance of selfies. Hugo Cornellier took a photo of himself every day for 8 years. Beginning at the age of 12, he compiled every image into one video that briefly shows you how much age can affect appearance, attitude and surroundings as a person transforms from a child to an adult. Perhaps this reminds you of the film "Boyhood"?
So if you're the type of person to shake your head at the selfie-loving community out there, perhaps use this young man's project as a means to seeing the trend in a whole new light.
