Top 5 Fat Burning Foods

Some foods amazingly have the ability to burn fat while you digest them! These are known as thermogenic foods. The way in which they work is by enhancing thermogenesis; a process where the body burns a large number of calories to digest the food you have just eaten, to produce heat. Thermogenesis therefore aids weight loss, as the calories being burned to heat the body typically come from our fat stores. All of the foods in this list have thermogenic properties, meaning that they are all fantastic natural fat burners. 5. Because they are digested much quicker than other fats, the body uses them immediately as fuel rather than storing them. You can use coconut oil to cook with, or even to replace butter in baking, meaning that your homemade cupcakes for your treats will be slightly healthier than before. It has been dubbed the world's most friendly weight loss fat! 4. Grapefruit grapefruit-med Grapefruit slightly lowers the insulin levels in the body, preventing your body from storing as much sugar as fat, therefore keeping your blood sugar in check. Green tea contains epigallocatechin, which stimulates the nervous system, without elevating your heart rate, and it has been found in studies that people who drank green tea and exercised regularly burned more calories than those who didn't drink the beverage. 1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
