It is easy to write off Victoria's Secret models as being genetically blessed, perfect woman who were born to be beautiful. While some Victoria's Secret requirements come down to genetics (like being at least 5'9"), the rest is due to strict diet and fitness regimes. We may not be able to pull off all the dimensions of a Victoria's Secret model, but we can certainly follow their example when it comes to dropping those last few pounds or keeping our skin looking firm! "To keep my skin in check I always eat lots of greens and take Chlorella supplements, and drink lots of water," she says.  Chlorella helps to keep the skin firm and improve circulation. Heidi Klum -- Fruit Juice

"I'll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want the pasta? I do. But I choose not to eat it," she says. "We make an effort every morning - we peel pineapples, apples, lemons, bananas, kiwis, ginger and berries and we make delicious smoothies," she explains.

Shanina Shaik -- No Booze
