It is easy to write off Victoria's Secret models as being genetically blessed, perfect woman who were born to be beautiful. While some Victoria's Secret requirements come down to genetics (like being at least 5'9"), the rest is due to strict diet and fitness regimes.
We may not be able to pull off all the dimensions of a Victoria's Secret model, but we can certainly follow their example when it comes to dropping those last few pounds or keeping our skin looking firm! Here are their best tips:
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley -- Vegetable Juice
This 28-year-old stunner likes to drink vegetable juice. "Kale, celery, apple, cucumber and a squeeze of lemon," she says. "I make my own juice every day at home. It really makes a difference. I can feel my body – everything's going the way it should and I then I don't feel guilty if I don't get to eat my five a day of vegetables." Homemade, fresh, vegetable juices can be a great way to get a fast and easy nutrient and/or antioxidant boost. They can be great sources of vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin K, iron, and potassium.
Adriana Lima -- Omega 3s
"I eat a lot of protein and green vegetables and I always take supplements like Omega-3, and a multivitamin which contains a bunch of things from vitamin B12, to antioxidants and zinc," says Lima. Omega 3s are incredibly important in a balanced diet. This healthy fat helps your body absorb important nutrients like the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Omega 3s can also help you balance hormones, keep your skin supple, lower blood pressure, and reduce inflammation.

Miranda Kerr -- Chlorella Supplements
Miranda Kerr is 32, but you'd never guess that by looking at her skin. "To keep my skin in check I always eat lots of greens and take Chlorella supplements, and drink lots of water," she says. Chlorella helps to keep the skin firm and improve circulation. It can also decrease the appearance of cellulite as it makes the skin more elastic!
Heidi Klum -- Fruit Juice
Klum is a huge fan of being physically active. When she doesn't have time to make it to the gym, she makes sure her diet is on point. "I'll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want the pasta? I do. But I choose not to eat it," she says. Klum tries to model a good example for her children, starting each day with fresh fruit. "We make an effort every morning - we peel pineapples, apples, lemons, bananas, kiwis, ginger and berries and we make delicious smoothies," she explains.
Shanina Shaik -- No Booze
Of her pre-show routine, Shaik says, "I like to eat a lot of protein and vegetables, [and] drink lots of water." Shaik admits that she sometimes indulges in chocolate and ice cream, but mainly sticks to a very strict, high-protien, vegan diet. She does not drink any alcohol. Who needs those empty calories, right?
