Trainer Stuns Ellen Degeneres With A See-It-To-Believe-It Pull-Up Routine

If you've conquered the standard pull-up at your gym, may I suggest this easy, totally basic, almost relaxing looking pull-up routine (And by that I actually mean incredibly impressive, super advanced and awe-inspiring)? Marisa Inda, a personal trainer featured on the Ellen Degeneres Show, left the host speechless as she performed a pull-up dance routine to the live audience. Inda actually makes it looks like it could be easy to do, but don't be fooled by the ease at which she performs her routine. I just attempted a pull up using my doorway as the bar and I fell to a heap on the floor. Maybe next time.
