Trainer Tip: Take a Probiotic For Physical and Emotional Health

Overweight? Lethargic? Depressed? The absence of good bacteria and the presence of too much bad bacteria could be putting your health in a tailspin. I'm a big believer in using a high quality probiotic for ultimate all-over health. Look for one that ensures “viable through end of shelf life”, and not merely "viable at time of manufacture" to ensure you are ingesting living bacteria.
