Well, it's been 8 weeks since I started my Butt Transformation journey so I thought I'd share my results and I am shocked to say that I reached 38 inches!!REALLY shocked!!I expected through continuous training to see a more developed, tighter, and toned looking butt, butt 38 inches??who knew :)Even though I'm a trainer and exercise all the time I have never been able to do any sort of intense weight training for my legs and glutes as I had a soft tissue back injury that lasted almost 6 years and then I had an injury with my SI joint that lasted 4 years and I still have to be careful and then before that I was training Martial Arts in all my 20's and didn't have time to do weights and train it was too much.So anyway, now at the age of 40 I thought why not build my booty.....this was a goal of mine at the start of the new year.One of my other goals was as I wanted to build my glutes yet keep my thighs around the same size as I didn't want over developed quadriceps muscles. Now, that was my personal choice for my body, but I think women with strong legs look amazing!My thighs were 20 inches to start and are 20.5 inches now. I was able to accomplish this with my exercise choices.For those of you who want to give your butt a good lift I would suggest an 8 week plan. Your glutes are a large muscle group and need to be worked frequently And with different exercises in order to see results.I won't lie, building a booty is tough work!! We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.
For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
