Triple Chocolate Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (such as MRM's Natural Chocolate Whey. Take 40% off of your order with code SIA at checkout)
  • 1/4 coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 drops liquid Stevia
Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour in your muffin tin (use muffin cups) or grease the pan thoroughly with coconut oil.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. You should get about 12 muffins from this recipe.
