Triple Chocolate Protein Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (such as MRM's Natural Chocolate Whey. Take 40% off of your order with code SIA at checkout)
- 1/4 coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 drops liquid Stevia
- Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour in your muffin tin (use muffin cups) or grease the pan thoroughly with coconut oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. You should get about 12 muffins from this recipe.
