Try These 3 Tips to Ensure You Get the Most Out of Your Short Workout

Often times, when people feel they don't have a significant amount of time to exercise, they'll simply skip it. But, with short and effective workouts on the rise, it only makes sense to squeeze it in! To make sure you master the short workout system however, you'll need to follow a few results to ensure you get the results you want.
  1. Multitask your warm-up.
If you're warming up on the treadmill with a brisk walk to prepare you for a speedy run, then make sure you stretch, too. You can do this by rolling your shoulders and neck for 3-5 minutes. 2. Know before you go. Whether you're doing a a single body part, upper, lower, or full body workout, try using machines meant for more than one move. For instance, the leg press machine is great for both the leg press as well as the calf raise. 3. Say goodbye to rest periods A good, long break between sets isn't in the cards for a short workout.
