With no chance to hide her curvy and fit frame, Lopez had everyone wondering what her secrets to looking so good are! The answer? Veganism! Lopez confirmed  that she followed through with a 22-day vegan cleanse. "I kept on with it for a few more weeks,” Lopez said. “I enjoy it. And I didn’t know how good you can feel when you put healthy stuff in your body.” The diet, known to be a favorite of celebrity couple Jay Z and Beyonce, helped Lopez get from a size four to a size two.
