Serves: 3 for side dish or 2 for main course That´s in: 2 Zucchini 1 little Onion 10 mushrooms 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped chives 10 cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons corn 2 tablespoon mixed seeds (I used sunflower seeds, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar cayenne pepper sea salt chili powder Roast the seeds in a pan and enter them in a salad bowl. Chop the zucchini with the spiral cutter in spaghetti. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in the pan enter zucchini and onion into. Heat both for 3 minutes and enter into the bowl. Cut the mushrooms into slices and halve the cherry tomatoes. Put all into spaghetti. Spice with vinegar, chopped chives, sea salt, and cayenne pepper.
