Very Cherry Vanilla Almond Pancakes

There is something about summer and a big bowl of cherries that make my mouth water, pair that with the smell of warm fluffy pancakes and you know we have a match made in food heaven. The simplicity of this recipe makes it even more appealing, and with the option to make large batches for a healthy breakfast on the go its the cherry on top, literally. These make a perfect breakfast option, especially when paired with an egg white omelet. Other options are to eat these right after an intense workout, the carbohydrates will replace what you lost during training and leave protein for your muscles to GROW. The cherries will also help you recover from training. Cherries have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation properties that will speed up your bodies ability to repair your muscles. This will reduce muscle soreness, decrease recovery time and improve muscle function. Not only are these pancakes delicious but they will also support your Daily HIIT training and help us reach our desired fitness goals.   • 1 cup of organic whole wheat pastry flour (oat flour for gluten free)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • stevia, xylitol or organic sugar to taste
  • 3/4 soy, almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup of  fresh pitted cherries or frozen cherries ( I used Rainier white cherries)
  • almonds
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together. Mash cherries so they are more evently distrubuted.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix through.
  4. Preheat Skillet and spray with a non-stick olive oil.
  5. Pour batter in desired sizes and cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip. Cook until a light golden brown.
  6. Makes 6 medium sized pancakes, 12 small pancakes
  7. Serve with drizzled honey or agave nectar and almonds

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
