They leave you feeling like you've just had a workout. BUT, one the best exercises available to you is something you do every day. With a few tweaks, walking can be the greatest exercise in your regimen! Can you really deny the benefits of walking? It is super convenient and requires very little in the way of equipment. It can also reduce your risk of heart disease while strengthening your bones and muscles. So are you ready to give it a shot as exercise? It is important to try and get 30-minutes a day. You can break it up into 10-minutes in the morning, 10 at midday and 10 in the evening. Or, you can do 2, 15-minute blocks or the whole 30-minutes at once. It is up to you and what works with your schedule.
