Want Dessert For Breakfast? Try This Chocolate Chia Pudding (Recipe)
One of the benefits of being an adult is that you can bend the 'rules' to suit your needs. You want a healthy breakfast but you want it to taste like a sinful chocolate pudding? You got it!
Instead of dipping into options that are not clean-eating friendly, why not make your own pudding using super healthy chia seeds? Chia seeds may be tiny they have BIG health benefits!
This ancient seed is full of protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids! But more than that, they also contain a large amount of calcium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and vitamins B1, B2 and B3!
Inspired by the healthy options available in the BodyRock Meal Plan, this chia pudding will give you the energy you need to face your work day, smash your workout, and do all of the other things that make you amazing!

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- a handful of mixed berries (we used blueberries and raspberries)
- Place chia, yogurt, and milk in a jar or a seal-able container. Slice the vanilla pod down the middle and scrape out the seeds. Add the seeds and cocoa to the mixture. Stir until blended.
- Put lid on the container and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 8 hours).
- When time is up, give it a little stir, top with coconut and berries and you're set!
