Want to ease into a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle?

If you have heard a million great things about eating vegan or vegetarian, but you want to enjoy meat, dairy, cheese etc. sometimes,   These ideas are great if you
  • have business luncheons/dinners
  • family parties
  • social settings
  • a treat for yourself
  • simply because you like it
Look at your calendar and determine what day, preferably 1-2 days per week where you'll allow to indulge yourself.  For instance, allow yourself literally 1-2 MEALS per week for "whatever." The rest of the week for each meal, follow your vegan/vegetarian meal plan.  As you start to incorporate more vegan or vegetarian meals to your life, your body might not feel great when you self indulge, so be careful.
