Watch This Teen Describe What It's Really Like to Be in a Coma

18-year-old Claire Wineland suffers from Cystic Fibrosis. She has been documenting her disease and it's effects through her blog, The Clairity Project. She uploads videos explaining her carious experiences, and answers question about her condition. Watch below her latest entry in which she describes what it is like to be placed in a coma. [embed][/embed] Cystic Fibrosis is genetic and there is no cure. It is a persistent infection in the lungs that can cause vitamin deficiencies, weight loss, coughing, fertility problems and in some cases, death. This beautiful and brave young girl presents herself with poise beyond her years. Her energy lights up the screen. Above her hospital bed, a sign reads "Speak Only Positive Thoughts In This Room".
