Most of us have more time on the weekends and often we are looking for something new to do.  I thought it would be fun to start a "Weekend Warrior" 1000 rep workout as a fun way to mix it up and keep us active in 2015. Each week  I will be sharing a new 1000 Rep Challenge.  No two workouts will be the same and the time it takes to complete them is up to you.  If you feel the need for speed and like to push yourself, I encourage you to set a timer and see how long it takes you to complete the entire workout. WEEKEND WARRIOR : 1000 REP CHALLENGE #1 Start with the Upper Body Set and move on to the Lower Body Set. Repeat 5x through to achieve 1000 Reps. Start your stopwatch and GO!

Upper Body Set (100 Reps) 10 ½ Burpee with Upright Row 10 Push Ups 10 Lateral Raises 40 High Knees 10 Bicep Curls 10 Tricep Dips 10 Shoulder Press Lower Body Set (100 Reps) 10 Double Squat Touchdowns 10 Goblet Squats 10 Star Jumps w/Tuck Jump 40 Mountain Climbers 10 Squat, Lunge Back (L) 10 Squat, Lunge Back (R) 10 Double Crunches   My score for this Challenge was 32 minutes and 45 seconds.
