Most of us have more time on the weekends and often we are looking for something new to do.  I thought it would be fun to start a "Weekend Warrior" 1000 rep workout as a fun way to mix it up and keep us active in 2015.  Each week  I will be sharing a new 1000 Rep Challenge.  No two workouts will be the same and the time it takes to complete them is up to you.  If you feel the need for speed and like to push yourself, I encourage you to set a timer and see how long it takes you to complete the entire workout. Post your scores and let me know how you did!   Week 3 is all about cardio - fast and furious!  




Remember to use good form and add weights wherever you can. Set your timers and GO! **Each set is 100 reps. Repeat entire sequence 2x for a total of 1000 reps.

10 Burpees w/Pushup 20 Jumping Jacks 30 Wide Leg Mountain Climbers 40 Jump Lunges

10 Long Jump, run back 20 Half Burpees 30 Ankle Touches 40 Mountain Climbers

10 Pushups 20 Squat with 2 punches 30 Plank Jacks 40 Hip Thrusts

10 Star Jack, Tuck Jumps 20 Ski Abs 30 V Abs (15 each side) 40 High Knees
