Most of us have more time on the weekends and often we are looking for something new to do.  I thought it would be fun to start a "Weekend Warrior" 1000 rep workout as a fun way to mix it up and keep us active in 2015.  Each week  I will be sharing a new 1000 Rep Challenge.  No two workouts will be the same and the time it takes to complete them is up to you.  If you feel the need for speed and like to push yourself, I encourage you to set a timer and see how long it takes you to complete the entire workout. Post your scores and let me know how you did!   This week's challenge is a cardio/plank party.  Let's rock and roll!!
