Hi BodyRockers, Today it's all about forgivness - that special kind that you direct inwards at yourself. I'm willing to bet that we each carry around a thought or two that leads us down the path of thinking how foolish we have been in the past. Maybe you find yourself back there beating yourself up over a bad choice. The past is the past. The only thing that we can do is learn from it and move on. Isen't it time we let the pain of it go?
