Alcohol abuse is a global epidemic, and there has been a sobering rise in abuse among teenagers and 20-somethings. The fine people at Hello Sunday Morning have created an online community to help people of all ages change their relationship with alcohol for the better.

Community members can share their experiences through their blogging and can support other HSM’ers. They are invited to try a stint without alcohol, be it for 3 months or 12 - and are given a report at the end to show them how much money they’ve saved and how much weight they’ve lost based on the change in their drinking habits.

Not everyone chooses to abstain from alcohol entirely for any period of time - and this is accepted as well. Many people want to learn how to moderate drinking, or aren’t sure what they want exactly, but know that their relationship with alcohol is unhealthy and want it to change.

The fact is most people who drink alcohol have overdone it at one time or another, and every single drinker can benefit from a taste of sober living. HSM provides a safe space to negotiate sobriety among like-minded people.

No matter what you choose to do, community members of Hello Sunday Morning are supportive, friendly and give no-judgement feedback and encouragement. Here are people sharing some of their darkest experiences with total strangers in the hopes they can live a happier, healthier life. We, for one, totally support this goal!
