Woman Eats Like Khloe K For 1 Day: Her Shocking Results!

Khloe Kardashian recently penned a book that is aimed to help women achieve their fitness and health goals, just like she has. The book, titled Strong Looks Better Naked, tells you how to eat, sleep and sweat it out just like Khloe does! So writer Lauren Hoffman decided to take the Khloe K challenge and follow her rigorous daily routine for 24 hours (minus the designer clothes and the fancy cars of course).

5:00 am is when Khloe wakes for the day and starts her morning with black coffee and a cool glass of water. At 6, Khloe heads out for jog with a Kanye-heavy workout playlist blaring. Lauren follows suit with Khloe's cardio routine, despite a downpour in her native Seattle.

"I have been awake for almost two hours and gone for a run and still won't get to eat anything until 8." notes Lauren as 7 am rolls around.

For breakfast, Khloe eats oatmeal with steel-cut oats, flaxseed powder, and water or almond milk. She also grabs a protein drink. For a mid-morning snack at 11, Khloe opts for apples and peanut butter.


"Lunch is Khloé's Chinese Chicken Salad ​(shredded romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, chopped scallions, carrot, cilantro, avocado, shredded chicken, chopped peanuts). It's fine, but not "it was worth it to spend an hour constructing this salad instead of making a regular, 10-minute salad and then taking a 50-minute nap" fine." explains Lauren.

3:00 pm is an allocated snack time featuring healthy hummus, and at 6 it's time to start dinner.


"While Khloé typically has fish and steamed vegetables, if I cook fish in my apartment, it will absolutely, undoubtedly smell like fish until 2016, and so I opt for one of her "cut loose and celebrate" splurge meals instead: Khloé's Famous Breaded Chicken and a side of cauliflower mash." says Lauren.

By 9:00 pm, Khloe and our Khloe-for-a-day, Lauren, are in bed. So was the experience a positive one?

"I am, as Khloé promised, surprised by what I could accomplish in this, a single day. I'm also not craving sweets, which I typically do before bedtime, so I guess I'm healthy now?" she remarks.
