We've come a long way baby. But this video is missing A LOT! Where is BodyRocking, CrossFit and anything involving a weight? It's actually striking that there were no weighted exercises present and all the exercises trends seemed to be a variation of dance / cardio. The fact that the producers of this video didn't include any references to strength training or Hiit suggests that we still have a way to go before women's workouts are taken seriously. What do you guys think?
