The Work B**ch- Britney Spears Vegas show diet

[caption id="attachment_35182" align="alignleft" width="243"]June,2013 June,2013[/caption] Britney Spears has done it again, with the opening of her 2 year residency at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas this past weekend, the Work B**ch star is looking better than ever. The 32 year old mother of two is no stranger to working hard and being in tip top shape but just how does the pop star prepare for the stage? According to Brit,
" I'm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week, in addition to a lot of cardio- hour long sessions three times a week, with my trainer, Tony Martinez."
Besides working out with her trainer Tony Martinez,Britney has been allowed to eat five small meals a day, with her favorite being a chicken salad with balsamic dressing. Dieting is even tough for this pop princess, she told Shapemagazine earlier this year that:
"Dieting is tough..because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies. I try not to make those too often or Ill eat the whole bowl of dough."
She is not the only one? Especially with those of us who have kids in the house, those tempting snacks can be hard to resist. A couple takeaways from the Pop Princess: 1. Include exercise into your week 2. Eat 5 small meals a day to keep that metabolism in high gear 3. Avoid making treats so you won't be tempted by them 4. We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
