If you want to get your body in the best shape of your life, in 30 minutes or less, you are in the right place. Most people think you have to go to the gym and spend an hour trying to break a sweat to lose those unwanted pounds. The elliptical, bike, treadmill, etc. are popular machines, but only burn calories for the time you are using them. This is a workout that I put together so that you can do it in half the time and burn calories for the next 24-36 hours!!! It will jump start your metabolism and you will start burning fat faster than any workout out there. If you can, take this workout to the gym. Sometimes working out in front of other people when they are watching will make you work harder. Not to mention that you look like a badass doing it and they'll want to do it too! It's fun to share your workouts because they are hardcore and exciting! If you have the opportunity, work out with a partner. You can support each other to keep pushing through and maximize the time of work. I workout with my husband, Adrian, sometimes and I notice we work harder because when one of us is slowing down, the other will shout out "COME ON!! KEEP GOING!!" Also, if you are a mom and you don't think you can get your pre baby body back, you are wrong. You can do it. I did it. I was determined to get it back. Mine hasn't gone back to how it was originally...My belly button looks completely different than before...it look like it's winking! I have stretch marks in places that I didn't before (basically everywhere but my tummy). When I am standing tall, you can't tell I've had a baby, but when I bend over it looks like I have a Shar-pei in a headlock! Haha! And I don't care! I have 2 beautiful children and I am healthy. I worked hard to get my weight down and I did it. It's not about looking like the supermodel in her bikini on the cover of a magazine. It's about looking your best and feeling like the hottest one in the room! This is a free private session with me! Start by getting all the equipment you will need and watch each exercise first before you begin. This workout is going to challenge your strength and stamina! Here's the workout breakdown: There are 2 parts to this workout. Both are HIIT so you will need your Gymboss Timer. You will also need your Ugi Ball (or medicine ball), a mat, and a jump rope. And, remember, every time you do one of my workouts, you will continue to burn calories for the next 24-36 hours! That will make you WORK!! Part 1 Set your timer for 18 Rounds 10 Seconds Rest/50 Seconds Work 1. Long Leap Inchworms (2x push ups) 2. Plank Kick Outs 3. Ugi Overhead Jump Lunges 4. Superman Power Ups 5.
