1. Keep track of your steps
Maybe you really don't have time to fit in a full workout but you definitely have time to walk. Invest in a pedometer or find a free step counter app on your smartphone. Aim for 10,000 steps a day and you should start to see a difference.2. Vary your intensity
You can get an even better workout in the same amount of time if you just vary the intensity. "You're supposed to vary levels of exertion in order to optimally burn fat," says Joey Gonzalez, chief operating officer of celeb favourite Barry's Bootcamp.
