Workout For Optimal Weight Loss When You Have Minimal Time!

We know the drill, there aren't enough hours in the day to get done what you need to do AND workout. It is a real priority juggling act. But what if it doesn't have to be? These expert tips will help you move beyond your excuses and hectic life pace and develop a plan to continue to shed those pesky pounds! Check it out:

1. Keep track of your steps

Maybe you really don't have time to fit in a full workout but you definitely have time to walk. Invest in a pedometer or find a free step counter app on your smartphone. Aim for 10,000 steps a day and you should start to see a difference.

2. Vary your intensity

You can get an even better workout in the same amount of time if you just vary the intensity. "You're supposed to vary levels of exertion in order to optimally burn fat," says Joey Gonzalez, chief operating officer of celeb favourite Barry's Bootcamp. working out

3. Go with weights

If you are looking to see fast results, hit the weight room. According to Miss America 2013's trainer, Tia Falcone, it is the fastest way to slim down. "All women need to gain as much muscle as humanly possible; that's what's going to make you smaller, and it raises your base metabolism permanently," she says.

4. Keep it manageable

Celebrity Pilates trainer Kit Rich suggests aiming for the middle ground. Try three miles of running, hiking or walking, or 30 minutes of any kind of workout every day. "I really do believe wholeheartedly that the middle road is the way to go," she says. "Anything extreme is not long-lasting." What do you think?
