Zucchini Pizza

Everyone loves pizza right! Here is a healthy alternative and you can eat way more of it than a normal slice of pizza! You will need Zucchini (Sliced) Mozzarella Cheese(Shredded) Pizza sauce (I use full circle organic)Any desired toppings. Mushrooms, olives, peppers. ect. Italian seasoning if desired Place Zucchini on a baking sheet after lightly coating with olive oil Add sauce and toppings Bake at 350 until Zucchini is fork tender or cheese is melted (about 30-40 minutes)
