I used to watch and follow Lisa a couple of years ago, then I get demotivated and started to gain weight. Finally, I got myself together on June 9th after my vacation in Mexico. I track on Facebook in the Insiders Group and on my calendar every time I work out to motivate myself, and after two months, I really started to see results and I feel much stronger! I love Sweatflix!
I'm a bit mindblown right now. Here is a testament to the kind of training Lisa-Marie and Sean Light bring to my living room every night. There is a 1.5 month difference between the 2 photos below and I had NO idea how much I changed in this amount of time until I saw these photos together. I think Sean and Lisa's workouts have taken a whole new direction lately. I don't think I've ever seen such a change in my body so quickly. Here is to many, many more changes coming! I'm certainly not done yet!
