So it's been a whirlwind 12 months. I gave birth to my son, lost my job (1 month postpartum), changed careers and got a new full time job 20weeks after I gave birth.
Juggling my new career, my 2 beautiful children (3&1 now) and finding my groove amongst all that to focus on myself. I now workout in my lunch breaks.
Since February I've lost 10% body fat and since I gave birth I've lost 20kg. A lot of Bodyrockers followed my journey after the birth of my daughter but I don't have the time to film any more while I workout. Above is my 12 month transformation.
