Makes 1 serving

Protein: 9 grams
Carbs: 23 grams
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup ice
4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp chopped strawberries
1 ½ tbsp honey
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp plain cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
