Ready to commit to the cool, lean gains that come with fueling your beautiful body with whole, healthy foods?
Then definitely start here. These healthy popsicles are one of our favourite recipes. Not only are they full of antioxidants and vital nutrients, but the fibre in bananas and healthy fat in nuts and avocados will help keep you satisfied longer, so you'll be less likely to keep returning to the freezer or your third or seventh popsicle (don't act like you haven't done it too).
